Georgia Quail Hunting at Black Creek Plantation

At Black Creek Plantation, you can enjoy bobwhite quail hunting in plantation style. Guest will experience fast paced quail hunting over Your dogs. You can literally hunt out the front door of the lodge or one of the other courses which offer varying degrees of difficulty.
A typical day of quail hunting at Black Creek Plantation starts around 8:00 am with warm up of clay targets. Field transportation can provide relatively close access to most coveys. However, most hunters prefer to spend the majority of time on foot. After 3 hours of hunting, it’s back to the lodge for a hearty lunch and some hot coffee. The afternoon is another 3 hour hunt on a different quail course before heading back to the lodge for drinks, cleaning of birds and dinner. Black Creek Plantation is equipped to handle groups of up to 24 with overnight accommodations for up to 8 people. Let us make your next outing unforgettable.
Georgia Quail Hunts
Self-Guided Quail Hunt for up to 2 people
Unguided Quail Hunts (15 birds) - Half day hunt for up to 2 people. Plant your birds or have us do it for you. No guides or dogs provided. Up to 2 additional hunters allowed. If you desire to have additional birds released prior to your hunt this can be arranged with advance notice and an additional fee.
1 - 2 hunters - $375.
Additional hunters - $50/hunter.
Additional birds released - $8.50/bird
Bird Planting - $25
Half Day Guided Quail Hunt
Includes guide with dogs, field transportation, bird cleaning and packaging. There is no “extra bird charge” or bird cleaning charge. Tips for the guide are left up to the hunter and are not included. If you desire to have additional birds released prior to your hunt this can be arranged with advance notice and an additional fee.
Price $495.00 per person.
Non-hunters are $100/person
Add overnight lodging to any hunt - $100.00 per room.
Additional birds released - $8.50/bird
Full Day Guided Quail Hunt
